In addition
to being a 3 Star General, she was the highest ranking woman to graduate from
West Point. Like many of us, she over came self doubt to rise to her current
status. In West's words, "I went from an orphan with an uncertain future
to leading an incredible organization of men and women in Army Medicine. It is very
humbling."
