Laura Nduoyo is a prolific writer and poet.
She studied mass communication at the University of Lagos and hails from Akwa
Ibom state. A media woman whose career
as seen her working as the woman editor of Hints and Hearts magazine where she
gained popularity writing Soul Sister and Laura's World. She later joined
National Mirror newspaper where she wrote both entertainment and business. She left
the media for public relations and advertising but her love for the media still
finds her contributing to newspapers and online blogs.
Besides writing, Laura loves taking long walk, travelling, meeting new people, cooking and watching movies. She enjoys stimulating and intellectual conversations and she is also a public commentator.
She is a witty, intelligent, analytical and inspiring character and has over the years endeared many to her by her humble yet sophisticated and classy lifestyle.
Yet many other Nigerians know her as the 'miracle child' when she bounced back to recovery after a fatal long drawn medical condition left her at death's door for more than a year.
