From a very humble beginning this perfect gentleman and an essemble of principles and details..........the story of NOLLYWOOD and the relationship of LIVING IN BONDAGE to this global phenomenon has often been distorted for different purposes but for the record, this gentleman who celebrates his birthday; around the very early 90's era had just left the TV college my alma mata in Jos for Lagos to seek a career in Television

Production but alas that was the era when NTA had stopped commissioning projects and also stopped employees from acting. so this young man was forced and challenged to hawk on the street of Lagos to eek a living and in between this challenging position he had this brilliantly written script that will go on to revolutionise this motion picture business in Nigeria titled LIVING IN BONDAGE.
The Movie that told the world about Nollywood
Talented, creative but handicapped without the required funding for his film , a chance meeting with the enigmatic businessman and producer Kenneth Nnebue who provided the funding for this distinguished thespian and Nigerian Okechukwu Paulo Ogunjiofor to produce LIVING IN BONDAGE which saw the emergence of KENNETH OKONKWO as ANDY amonsgst others, it is to the creative ingenuity of Okechukwu Okey Ogunjiofor that the likes of Late Francis Agu, Bob Manuel Udokwu, Kanayo O. Kanayo, DDan Oluuigbo, Ngozi Nwosu amongst several others featured in this revolutionary movie that was directed by an NTA staff Vic Mordi but real name Chris Obi-Rapubecause as an employee of NTA he was not permitted to work outside the establishment. Okey was to later team up with Kanayo O Kanayo to produce CIRCLE OF DOOM. As i celebrate this passionate christain, compassionate gentleman, dispassionate and highly celebral individual on issues as he celebrates his birthday, i need to wish to on behalf of his wife(My sister), kids, Nollywood wish Okey "Paulo" Ogunjiofor a HAPPY BIRTHDAY and i will always remember how you DROPPED Personal interest to embrace the collective interest in the celebration of NOLLYWOOD AT 20 when i was told to discuss with you the idea of forgoing your plan for a nollywood at 20 celebration.
