Igbo Television Drama Series "NDUKA" by Charles Novia

Charles Novia is a credible writer and a film Producer / Director who has very enviable track records in the Nigerian film industry.  NDUKA is a new Igbo Drama series from him.

In his own words he said; I created a new Igbo Television Drama Series which my company, November Productions, went all out to produce what should be one of the most interesting TV series on Nigerian television in a bit. 'NDUKA' is my brain child and though it is in Igbo, it is fully sub-titled and other tribes can relate with the plots and characters because it is a typical Nigerian family unit.

As usual with me and my company, I strive to discover stars and the cast is made up of new acts who should turn out to build on this later in their careers, after this goes on air. Starring Sydney Diala, ( a veteran actor from the early days of Nollywood), Peace Kanu, Frances Okeke, Mary Grace Ogbu, Amaka Ndieli etc, NDUKA portrays a modern Igbo Family facing contemporary issues in a metropolitan city: Abuja. It's a novel concept in the lgbo Language genre of productions

Shot entirely in Full HD with the optimum camera technology in our Production Camp in Abuja, FCT, the series is directed by Ace Director, Uzodinma Okpechi and Produced and Executive Produced by Charles Novia. Enebeli Ebele is the Associate Producer.

NDUKA starts showing on Thursday 13th August 2015 on Africa Magic Igbo Channel 159 by 9pm Nigerian time and continues thereafter on weekdays. (Hopefully, it should be on Nollywood Movies on B SKYB in a few months for those in London and Europe and will hit the Comcast bouquet in America soon enough too)
